Return Process

  Log into your BEE account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
